Steps you need to follow when having login issues

You just received a sign up invitation email, however you are having issue to login. 

Please check for the following:

  1. You are copying the credentials properly without any spaces. We often find the spaces are added accidentally when passwords are copied and pasted directly from an email.
  2. You received the login details in the last 48 hours (new passwords only work for 48 hours).

If you still can not login, try using the forgot password function on the either the desktop of mobile APPS.
