An overview of the different roles and permissions available inside Visibly.
Visibly has four types of users.
The Super Admin is the person who registered and created the official company account.
Admins have access to the entire platform and all functionality except billing.
Any Employee user can be turned into a Moderator. By default this also makes them a trusted user, which means they do not need to have their posts and assets moderated, and can moderate others posts. Although they have an elevated status, they still cannot see Admin only areas such as Analytics, Settings, and they cannot create campaigns.
Super Admins have the following permissions:
Manage Billing and account upgrades.
Manage assets folders/ categories (add and edit).
View all Campaign assets.
Manage Campaigns (add/edit/terminate).
Admins and Super Admins can also add new users, add departments and set up integrations.
